The WORKFORCE ADVANTAGE Customer Service & Technology Readiness Program is a dynamic 10-day, integrated workforce training initiative developed through a strategic partnership between LDW Group LLC and Training on Wheels Ltd. Co.
Designed specifically to serve highly barriered adult learners who are now ready to bridge the gap between life readiness and workforce readiness by equipping participants with the customer service skills and digital competencies today’s employers require from day one.
Participants engage in structured daily training across both customer service and digital technology, with each session designed to build practical, job-ready skills. Upon successful completion, participants receive a Certificate of Completion in Customer Service Readiness and a Certificate of Completion in Digital Technology Readiness, credentialing that validates their preparation to enter and succeed in today’s workforce.
